I had the pleasure of living at Legacy Ridge for the last year, and absolutely loved it there. I had a north facing view of Pine Valley that was simply beautiful, not to mention all the amenities. I have lived in places all over LA and New York. Gina is hands-down, the best manager I’ve ever had. She made sure that the place was safe, clean, and as quiet as possible. You can tell she really cares, which is rare. I even got some of my deposit back, which is unheard of in any other apartment I’ve ever lived in lol. Thank you Gina for everything, you’re the best. :)

I have lived here for 2 yrs and the manager Gina and staff Leslie, Marcos do an amazing job at keep this place safe and clean. I just moved to another apt and Gina, Marcos did a great job in getting things set up for the move. Thanks Gina for all you do and your staff. You guys do an amazing job and it shows how clean the property is and how people respect the place.

I love this place! Everything I need is always taken care of. Fast internet and valet trash services. A lot of apartment complex reviews complain of thin walls where every sound your neighbor makes can be heard. But not here. The manager is so amazing and she works with every concern you have with enthusiasm. You’ll be as happy as I am if you get the opportunity to live here. We love it and could not be happier!

Legacy Ridge Apartments is more than a place to live. Gina who is the Manager of the complex is gracious and does an exceptional job of making it a safe and clean environment. She responds quickly to issues and makes sure the tenants are thought of first. She periodically has breakfast, lunches, etc. for the tenants. Very few places offer this extra touch. I have experienced other apartment complexes across the country and this is hands down the absolute best. The apartment complex is beautiful and is always so clean. You will not be disappointed!! You will find home when you land here. Great job Gina and staff.

I'm currently in the process of moving to St. George, and came across these apartments. Called in and got Gina, and I'm sure glad I did. She was an absolute blessing and pleasure to work with. She worked on getting me an apartment until around 8 or 9 at night... she definitely went out of her way and I really appreciate that. I am excited to move in shortly, and live in these incredible apartments! Thanks again Gina!

I love this apartment complex. The management is amazing, if you hear otherwise THEY probably did something wrong and didn't like their outcome. Gina (the property manager) is so professional and keeps the property in tip top shape. The pool is always clean! The gym is always taken care of, there is also always snacks in the office. The common areas are immaculate and overall this is just a great place to live. The apartments are beautiful and reasonably priced. If you need a storage unit, they got those too! You might even be lucky enough to get one outside your apartment. Just do yourself a favor and move here.

I have lived here for about a month now and it has been such a great experience. Gina the Property Manager is strict, but fair. She expects tenants to follow the rules and guidelines laid out, but is not overbearing in the slightest. She and her team work hard to maintain the property and make it one of the nicest places to rent in town. One thing that stands out is that it's a pet friendly apartment, but you would never know it. Weekly cleaning on the carpets and daily mopping of the tiled floors ensures any pet messes or smells are dealt with quickly and do not linger. I love it! The apartments are a bit pricer than others on the market, but the quality more than makes up for it. If you have the money and means, it's a great place to stay.

I lived here 2 years and The 5 stars is for the property manager, Gina. Considering all the constant juvenile and disrespectful behavior that goes on at this place, it would crumble into dust without her. She did her best to manage it with little resources and probably no support from the money hungry property owners.

I am relocating to St George from SLC on a very short notice. After applying online I was immediately contacted by staff and was fully informed on the procedure and overview of costs. Legacy Ridge was more than accommodating and promptly had answers to my questions. I was able to finalize the transition within 3 days, online, and could not be happier with the professionalism of all staff members. Pricing is comparable to other rentals with more amenities. I’m excited to call Legacy Ridge my new home!

The apartments are beautifully designed. Higher ceilings (with ceiling fans!), granite countertops, so much natural light with all the windows. The pool area is lovely, the dog park is a fun space for our furry pals, and the courtyard has several natural gas barbecue stations for tenant use. As adults, we understand that tenant bad behavior is not the fault of staff or administration. The bad reviews talking about terrible service are bananas - maintenance has been prompt and professional, office staff have always been respectful and polite, and when there are community problems, the response has been swift and appropriate (noise complaints, pick up after your pet, the usual for a pet-friendly community). We've loved our time here so far, and we're the first tenants to live in this unit. We hope that the poorly disposed tenants learn to behave better, and I refuse to hold management accountable for the actions of a few bad apples. This community is designed so beautifully, the apartments are comfortable and spacious, and the fees are exactly what they explain to you upon signing your lease - very transparent.

We have been renting a studio apartment at Legacy Ridge for about 5 months and love it. It is exactly what we need. I get a text at least once a month making sure everything is in order. If there is a problem they are right on top of it, making sure it gets taken care of.

We have been living here since it opened, and it is such a great place! The apartments are so nice, spacious, and new, the managers are good to work with, and we love being able to have a dog. The pool is also a great bonus! The quality is worth the price.
